No exp per turn for players under level 10.
Everybody will start with 500/500 training points(up from 100/100) + 30tp per turn(up from 10tp per turn) |

Not to have training points till level 10 looks ok, but this will discourage a player to go past that level when he knows his army will be harder to build.

What if you only needed TP after reaching a certain army size? Say like anything under 2000 units does not require TP, but if you are trying to go above that you need TP or something to "manage" the size of the army. |

For low level players there are already tons of accounts with no army. Even a small army is enough to do havoc and earn tons of money.
The things already implemented i think is enough.
Just my opinion though. |

| Well I have an army that just passed 1000 soldiers, I a few days ago I got rolled by someone who has an army of less then 100 because of his high pop I guess, he had several million defence and I have 2 million attack. Searching for other rich players to find as well, but hard to come by it would appear. I guess this just means that I wont be able to farm people with huge pops and money is all. Not like there is not several thousand more I can try. |

I just think that it is funny that my level 4 account has farmed almost the same amount of gold as my level 63. Granted, my level 63 has lost over 6000 defence battles and over 40 billion gold. Going to be awhile before I can beat that record  |

| there si a protection in place where inactive accounts earn less and less till only 10% of normal earnings and in this way farming should be harder. |
