my kingdom health is at 96 percent..
but everyday i experience collapse and fires..

why so, my repair isnt negative.. i have firemen..
its weird..
no earthquake..

Let me check a few things and get back to you.

In theory is not enough to have a healthy city, u also need to have fireman and engineers also.

Wow you have waaaay to few fireman and engineers.

At your level you can have a maximum 2760 firemen and 2760 engineers and you have only a handful of them.

Poor guys barely able to keep up in running through your kingdom fixing and maintain buildings.

Hire more to stop fires and collapses.

with 2000 fireman and 2000 engineers definitely this won't happen but fires and collapses will go away in time.

If you want to see 0 fires and collapses instant hiring max engineers and fireman will guarantee that they won't happen.
