The cost is 15bil.

Also increased req for:
12 months without weakness.(up from 8 months)
8 months with health over 70%(up from 6 months)

Title still in testing.

This 'Bribe' is a fixed amount? 15.000.000.000 is for one missing requirement, or for any number? It seems to me that is for any.
I think it should be proportional with the number of unattained requirements.

Nobody can achieve the title yet and only in 6 in-game months we will see if anybody actually can because of this requirement:

18 months without plague. (1 year, 1 month and 19 days)

As for all the other requirements, pretty good considering that to achieve the next ones the requirements won't be like this.

I have a question ... let's say this 8 months with health over 70% ... if your health drops below 70% this will reset ? I mean ... if you have 7 months and you health drops you must have health over 70% for another 8 months or is it calculated by days and not by that factor ?

It will reset. if after 7 months your health drops, you will need another 8 months.
Same goes for everything.

I left my health 69% and didn't notice Neutral
