i can't advance to knight

i want to gain the title "knight" and it says that i need to be level 8 or higher, have a certain amount of wood, stone and money. i have all that, and i am at level 9. but when i want to become a knight, it says "you are not worthy for advancement". i meet all the required conditions. why can't i advance?

Are all your goals green?

Have at least 3 hero skills above 50
Win 300 battles
Slay at least 9 monsters
Have at least 50 extra houses
Have at least 5 researches of level 9

If even one of them is red that you can't advance.
