Not so easy like that kaoptro.

Following that logic the Lord Title's requirements would be:

Requirements:
- Level 56 or above
- 35 level 63 researches (impossible because there are only 22 researches)
- 2100 battle wins
- 63 beasts slain
- 350 extra houses (hard but doable)
- 21 hero skills above 50 (impossible because there are only 18 hero skills)
- Investment festivities will cost: 28mil gold, 7000wood, and 3500 stone

Little tweaks and testing are needed in order to place all of the titles available but all in all, some values based on your suggestion are good.

1.5 to 1.75 times what is asked for Knight to go to the following rank
