Make land transactions now.
Some parameters have been tweaked to make the land prices up!

NOW YOU HAVE THOSE HIGH LEVEL PLAYERS BUYING 100s of thousands of land to be in the top 10.

Only did i because i was a few thousand win in attack order and felt like researching because i want to get to the top 10. Getting learning research to 50.
