My list of suggestions is not that big: it strikes me that it is not possible to plunder wood, stone, food or population when you attack at another player.
I would also add to features: a list of online players and the chronicles of the game: what happened. |

When you're plundering you only take what's most valuable which is gold 
For all those other things you mentioned, there are spy missions.
