my 680 turns report came to the point turns left: 0 and didn't go any further, stayed that way for 3 days so i had to restart the whole thing...
Mad Evil or Very Mad im pr3tty pissed.. whats wrong? what if itll happen once again?

You should have announced this before you restarted, now there is no way i can check to see what happened.

Absolutely no change was made to the research system so i have nothing to grab on.

I will make some tests but i doubt i will find something wrong.

i tested all possible twisted combinations, like needed only one research point till research complete, needed exactly the amount of research points per turn till research complete and all stuff like that and probably you anticipate my answer Sad found nothing.

All is working good.

What i found out is that to show you
turns remaining: 0
progress: 99%
you have to have research points per turn=0 meaning you had to fire all your scientists at the last turn(or pay them 0).

Have you tried to hire more scientists? Maybe you were paying them 0 and you had no research points per turn.

If this is happening again pls just post here and do nothing to that research. This way i will have much more information to reproduce the problem.

at that time i had 9000 scientists and i paid them ~ 1505650 per turn. and i always set the wages per maximum.
well you found nothing so next time if itll happen ill notify.

Research points per turn = 363.888
Current Research: Learning Research(level 34)
turns remaining: 0
progress: 101%
efficency: 80%
stays the same 4 ~~ 3-6 turns


heeelp!! the same thing.!! damn.

Damn ok!! Please if you can leave this till friday night cause i am no near my comp where i have the tools to test this.
Of course i will give you the research, even both 2 levels.

Just leave this alone becouse i really need to investigate this. It will help others too if the same bug manifest to others.

Leave your account untouched till tomorrow please becouse the automatic backup script that is running everynight will take a snapshot of the database and this way i will have what i need to investigate the bug when i get back from my holiday.

And after that if you can leave your research untouched till friday-saturday when hopefully i will figure it out and solve this.

And i will give you the 2 levels lost of Learning Research.

Solved!

The problem was in the Cancel Research and Remove Queue functions and only if you had in the queue the same research as the current researched one.

Let me give you an example couse it is hard to explain otherwise:

You had:
Current research = Learning Research level 34 (244,800,000 points)
Queue 1 = Learning Research level 35 (420,000,000 points)
Queue 2 = Learning Research level 36 (432,000,000 points)

You canceled your main research:

And because of the bug it become like this:
Current research = Learning Research level 34 (420,000,000 points)
Queue 1 = Learning Research level 35 (432,000,000 points)
Queue 2 = nothing

The same level research was considered to need the same amount of research points as the next level one.
At progress 180% the research would be completed.

Fixed now. You can cancel or remove from queue what research you want.
