I have a question,
How you get fast exp.?
And how you get Exp?
It says I just need 1 Exp, but it already say that for 2 days, i dont get lvl 2...

You have to win a battle to pass the level.

You have to have a lot of economy to have more exp per turn and a small army.
Each new research you develop also helps to exp per turn.
