They have to steal the gold using masked carriages. They need to somehow take out the gold from the enemy kingdom without been seen.
Bank is a global institution that all kingdoms trust to deposit their gold. It will be suspicious if the spies will take their loot directly to the doorsteps of the bank. The money have to pass first through the treasury first to be washed and then transfer them to the bank to look like legitimate gold.  |
