Why can't I reset my character?

I try to drink the potion to reset my hero but it says it has no affect on me Sad

It's supposed to be only used once...

i tried reseting my character...and the first time EVER doing it it said my character isnt affected by the drink...

im a demon if that means anything are oly certain classes able to drink?

It was a feature a long time ago.

Now nobody is allowed to reset he's hero.
