+0% polemastery bonus
+0% swordmastery bonus
+9% mercenary bonus
0% health
0% religion
+19% morale
+20% fatigue
+xxxxxxxxx from soldiers
+xxxxxxx from population
xxx.xxx.xxx total defence

Where is that 10% added in this formula? Or is it added in the background without being directly seen in it?

It is not listed here.

To see a complete list of all bonuses a soldier has click on a soldier.
There you will see all his bonuses.

But good thing you pointed this out i will make some modification on the home page to show some things more clearly.
