So, I attacked, on blizzard conditions, a player who's army is formed only from mercenaries.
Blizzard description states the following:
"This is not a good day for battle.
Mercenaries refuse to even go
out on the battlefield."
This should mean that the defensive bonus from mercenaries should not apply.
Spies sent on spy mission Military Op.
Your spies managed to find out the following info :
Archers : 0
Skirmishers : 0
Swordmen : 0
Two handed swordmen : 0
Champions : 0
Crossbowmen : 0
Knights : 0
Throwing axe men : 311329
nr spies lost: 5 out of 15 sent

As seen from report my army encountered a 164.433.499 defensive bonus. The defensive bonus should be the most that of the unarmed population. |

yes is working.
The idea is that blizzard gives -80% penalty to mercenaries.
A mercenary can have many bonuses like +100% from hero, +90% from structures, +50% from research.
So in this case a mercenary will have +100%+90%+50%-80% from blizzard=160% offence bonus.
Click on mercenaries to see how things are computed.
You probably gonna say that this is wrong couse that 80% penalty should be applied to the offence and defence with all the other bonuses together.
I have to think about this.
Till then this is the way bonuses are computed and used and are all working. |
