| I am level 42 am have 50310 but the fact is that a house costs me 600.000.000 millions. At about 60.000 population a house will cost me 2.000.000.000 so i guess at 70.000 population a house should cost well over 4.000.000.000. |

70k population will NOT be reached . It can't be reached .. belive me ...
Last game i reached 62k population (3'rd place) at a 62 level ( if i remember right ) , a house costing 2,5 bilions . ( Place 1 had 63k .. no way 64 )
From level 50 to 62 , i think i stayed AT LEAST 6 months ... maiby more , in all this months having over 1k exp / turn ( reaching 1,6k / turn at the end when the exp formula changed ) .
P.S from level 62 - if i remember right - you need 3 mil exp to advance .
Now let's consider that you will have my numbers at a 62 level.
To make 70k population , you will need ap. 60 houses more ! At ap 15 extra-houses ; the price will double ( from 2,5 bil -> at 5 bil ) . And i just can imagine how much time you need for this money .
Also from level 62 you will need ap 40 days to advance a level ( i think ) - just to buy 3 houses ...
Now combining both situations .. how much time you need for 60 houses more ?
aaa P.S - it will be very important what you do in a long time ... How much other players will do from fighting , probably will not even count ; a high level + a daily income will be more important then any sum of money somebody makes from fighting ..
Ciudatul last game made 150.000.000.000 from fighting , but at the end he was place 8-9 ... I made 18.000.000.000 from fighting .. and i was place 3 ... |

This depends on how long bashar will hold this server. If the restart will come 2-3-4 years from now i am sure that someone will reach 70k population  |
