Heil,
Today I tried to hire some 300 spies. Unfortunately, although I HAD cash in the bank (and I selected "Use bank" too!) I get the message that I "Can't hire these soldiers!"
What's going on?

you need to have enough money per turn to suport your spies
maybe this is the reason you can't hire more spies |

I can mention something else here, which may explain better that situation in which you get the answer of "Can't hire this soldiers!":
- I have the necessary money per turn to recruit let's say 10000 spies, but
- I cannot hire all of them once, i have to hire aprox. 9000-9500 first, then the rest of them |
