Landowner(level 26)
bonus: -52% lower land cost and greater selling price.
Initial : 2 square kilometers cost 50000 gold pieces
Final : 2 square kilometers cost 34400 gold pieces
Deci pretul a ajuns acum la 48% din pretul initial. Asta inseamna 48x500=24000. Dar dupa cum scrie pretul este de 34400 nu 24000. Se poate spune k e un bug ? Poate nu am inteles eu bine. Va rog sa ma lamuriti.

$buy_land_coefficent=(125-52*0,75)/100=0,86;
land_cost=base_cost*$buy_land_coefficent=40.000*0,86=34.400.
iar la 100% lower land cost pretul de sell va fi egal cu cel de buy.
