I am trying to find a solution for the manual to always have it up to date and everybody who wish to contribute to it's creation.

Somebody sugested wikipedia but the manual is against wiki policy and all my attempts to create an article called Raceconflicts was subject for deletion.

Anyone have any ideas or sugestions?
