Nu stiu exact cum s-a gandit partea cu sanatatea dar .... daca am cladiri sa zicem Aqueduct 31/21 - am inteles ca am nevoie de 21 pentru a avea 100% eficienta, si chiar daca am 31 tot 100% ramane.
Am dedus ca pt 1 apeduct am nevoie de 10 angajati pt a avea 100% eficienta. => 210 angajati pt a vea 100% eficienta.
{banuiesc ca in sanatate 100% intra aqueduct cu x% daca la el am 100%[90% aqueduct =>0.9*x];}
atunci cum de
Aqueduct
employers:210/310
efficency:68% .
De fapt 68% aia nu e eficienta ci gradul de ocupare a locurilor disponibile. Nu stiu daca procentul afecteaza si sanatate.

the reason why you have such low health is that all those buildings are intended to provide 100% health only for the people living in houses not extrahouses.
i will tweak with the formulas to alow you to provide health care for larger amount of people not only the ones living in houses
- health is an attempt to renounce the concept of extrahouses (you can have how many population you want but there will be a slightly risk of plagues)
- like i said nothing bad will happen for now and i will anounce in advance when plagues will start |

68% procentul de ocupare intradevar
o sa mai adaug atunci o casuta unde sa fie clar procentul de ocupare si eficenta |
