How ca we make this game with more players?
I see alot of inactivity arround and wondering how can we( as active players ) can help to make some advertising about it.

Also, the antet of the game seems to me a bit outside the new sraphic standards for a game

i am still on page 1 after one an a half year of pause. You need more then "some advertising".
The game must be rewritten and modified.

offtopic: bashar make some "badged"(insignia) for different activity.
ex.: a) 1M wood (or iron .... ) expend or collect => lvl1, 10M => lvl2, 1G=> lvl3,
b) 1G food for ....bla-bla....

It's not so easy, and nor do i wish to modify the game mechanics.

Another problem is i am not a full time programmer so by now my programming techniques are sure outdated.
So maybe release the source code as open source and put it on SourceForge and then interested people can take it and create new stuff?

I do not think releasing the game code is a good ideea.

make a "programers corner" (can be made in forum ->new members category whith dedicated posts).

If you want to do a change (or add) something you put here the theme with input data and output data.

example:
you want to change something in the bank module.the new bank module must have a building and some workers(bankers).

task for a programer

input module data
gold (free), gold (in bank), bank 'level', wood, iron, free workers ...
output module data
new gold (free), new gold (in bank), new bank 'level', new wood, new iron,new free workers ...
options in module
build/demolish bank, hire/fire new workers, put / get gold from bank.
script type
class file/ functions/ ....

you may use this type of help, simply to redesign some pages.
when a say redesign i mean rearrange data to a page.

if i want to help i put here the code or i send you a PM.
you got the ideea.

And i think you can do something like this:
$hero[CHAR] -> CHAR: xp, lvl, ch, in, ........
$town[CHAR] -> CHAR: wood, iron, .....
i don`t think it is a security risk, but if it is, you simple ask the code to be in a class structure.
