duke title

i just payed the 20.000.000.000 bribe cost for the duke title ,but nothing i didnt get the the title,im still baron.

Thought that that large amount of money is to buy the title?!?

That large amount of money is for one of the requirements needed for duke title... In other words let's say "Win 5000 battles ( xxxx won )" if you want to "kill" this requirement you pay 20 bil gold , but it only works for 1 of 20.

in other words on your title page, below you requirements you would have something like:
Total needed: 16/20 - meaning you had accomplished 16 requirements from a total of 20.

After you paid the bribe:
Total needed: 16/19
