Can't withdraw from bank?

Maybe I didn't see an update or something but why can't we withdraw money from our own treasury?

why do you want to withdraw? you can just spend the gold in your bank without having to withdraw it

you can't do that.

withdraw is denied a long time ago because of farming.

That's why bank commission is 0 just to have no reason why someone will want to withdraw.
