unfair players

if u find a bug u should inform the admin about it. not just use it. the game is new and changing, so we should help, not take advantage.
this is why i think players who just take advantage about a bug should be RESETED to the level 1. they've already done a lot of harm to other players. i've been lucky as i lost "just" 49 champions when trandafirroxana86 attacked me.
players reported as possible cheaters should be also checked by the admins. otherwise, i guess fair players will just leave. wth, who wants to play a game if there are people cheating and nobody seems to care about???

don't worry couse in the future i plan to make a little script and check all players once a day for spectacular progress, more skill points than they should have at their level, etc
