Nobility Title:Knight, Baron, Duke, Lord, Count, Taioseach

what in gods name do all of those titles mean......... how do i get one of those titles.......and how come everybody my level as like 25,680 population.......but i can only get up to 7100??????? if you would please write answers in english that would be very helpfull.

As for the population, you need more houses or you will not have space for more citizens to come into your kingdom.
