| cannot hold religious festivals. keep geting a not enough resources message, whether use bank checked or not. |

money for the festivals are taken from tresury and not from bank whatever you choose(it will be changed soon to use only bank money)
Maybe you don't have enough food ?
Or not enough money in treasury? |
