deci se mai baga monstri astia sau nu..ca a trecut ceva timp...Smile ..ii mai bagatzi..in wiitor..sau vretzi sa ii scoatetzi?

About the monsters i have an ideea. They could be of types same as heroes, like let's say a level 5 grunt (orc race), warcraft inspired Very Happy, or level 10 chimaira(nightelf race) and you could have bonuses when atacking a monster of your kind. For example if you are a nightelf and atack a chimaira, that decided to join your forces (not necesarely has to join, but may be a chance in procents, like 50-60% or so) you get a bonus like 10 turn you have a bonus of 5-10% to atack or the defence of the atacked players could be lower by 5-10% becouse you are more scary with a Chimaira leading your armies Very Happy.
This could be nice because gives more importance to race type of your hero and gives more dinamic gameplay.
The strategy of atacking could be the same like that of atacking other players (7 levels above and below), but on the other hand could be set only a bottom limit meaning you cannot atack weak monsters, to let those to the lower level players and u could risk yourself atacking high level monsters, maybe you beat them or they join you.
Now about how the monsters will be in the game, they should not apear in the game as dead or alive, and it has to be a list of 10-20 monsters after every turn, random generated and when a monster is killed or joined he disappears from this list. Of course there has to be a flag in database to specify if is dead or alive , so players cannot atack the same monster twice Razz.
I didn't thought of all details so feel free to post and add and modify things to speed up monster implementation in the game.

i like the thing with bonuses when attacking something of your race


those monsters were alive once but are dead now

random generated monsters is also how i wanted to be and every monster to be unique(if u kill him it will stay dead for ever)

but 10-20 monsters per turn is to much

i was thinking 10-20 monsters per day

it is hard because every player will want to stay at a low level and beat as many monsters as he can because of the bonus points to your hero

must somehow balance this

just put anly one or two monsters per day, but that kind of monsters hard to beat...and let everyone attack any monsters and so the bvest player gets the monster!!!!
make some monsters that can be bought!like a onster gives you 20 mil def and offence if you give him 3000000gold per day....or something like that....monstrs who will join you for a fee

io n-am prins nici un monstru in viata .... deci nu stiu prea multe ..... dar pot sa-mi imaginez multe Wink

Imi inchipui ca atacarea unui monstru ar putea reprezenta un fel de "Quest". si o plecare a eroului din regat.

Cand vrei sa ataci un mostru [deci pleci din regat in Quest] sa nu mai poti ataca o perioada de timp nimic. Sa zicem x tururi [12]. Sau sa taci dar fara bonusul dat de erou.
PS :
1. Acele x[12] turn o sa ai def. diminuata pt ca eroul nu e acasa. Wink .
2. Sa nu poti pleca daca nu ai moral 100 si fatique > 75.


PUTIN MAI COMPLICAT
Cred ca mai interesant ar fi daca un mostru omoara un erou sa-i creasca atacu, def, suma de bani si exp proportional cu puterea, averea[incoming gold], eroului pe care-l omoara.
Daca monstru e omorat dispare pt un anumit numar de ture{aici e random.} si reapare insa la puterea&exp la care a fost omorat dar la bani initiali {pierde suma castigata de la eroii pe care i-a omorat.}.
La atacul unui monstru sa se tina seama de exp. adica poti ataca de 3 ori in sus si in jos[lvl actual.].
Daca un erou e omorat ataunci el se reintoarce automat in regat dar trebuie sa fie resuscitat. Normal ca nu free ci contra cost.
optiunea1 : s-ar putea face imediat prin rugaciune la zei {pierzi ceva faith point.} dar beneficiezi de erou si avantajele sale.
ATENTIE nu mai poti pleca in Quest daca nu au trecut cele x[12] ture.
optiunea2 : astepti sa treaca cele x[12] ture si apoi eroul e automat resuscitat, insa nu ai beneficiat de bonusuri.

MAI COMPLICAT
Bine ar fi frumos ca in Quest sa poti lua si o mica armata, nu toate aramta. Sa zicem initial 16 soldati [oricare vrei tu din armata => armata va scadea la numar.]. Un fel de miniarmata{cu bonusuri calculate ca la armata din regat dar fara bonusurile date de cladirile din regat}.
Cu cat ai exp. mai mare cu atat poti lua mai multi soldati {16+floor(exp/10.000)} si esti mai puternic.
Normal ca la intoarcerea din Quest ai armata asta mai mica{pierderi aramata}, dar la o noua plecare completezi daca crezi ca se merita, insa nu poti pleca daca nu ai cel putin un soldat cu tine.
AM plecat de la ideea ca se face un calcul Atac Vs Def. si atunci e bine sa ai o mica armata de sprijin cu tine. Atacul se calculeaza atat pt monstru cat si pt erou, [se face diferenta intre atac si def] => cine are acea dif mai mica castiga.

SI MAI COMPLICAT puneti-va mainile in cap Twisted Evil Crying or Very sad .
Armata asta pe langa faptul ca e de sine statatoare mai are o experienta proprie[afecteaza puterea de atac si aparare {1}].Experianta miniarmatei creste pe masura ce omori mai multi monstri. Un soldat trecut din armata orasului in cea proprie nu mai poate fi intors e un fel de recrutare.
{1} : atac = nr_sold*atac_sold*exp_sold*fact_erou.
fact_erou depinde de exp eroului.
Initial fiecare soldat vine cu o experienta de baza{sa zicem 1.=>total 16.}.
ATENTIE se memoreaza doar exp unui soldat nu exp totala.
Daca ai omorat un monstru atunci armata ta[din quest] castiga 16 puncte exp[ din comoditate am pus 16 ea poate varia functie de monstru].
deci sold tai au exp=2.
daca ai pierdut soldati atunci exp data se imparte la cati soldati au ramas nu 16.
In momentul in care recrutezi se redistribuie exp. adica se calc o exp_totala{nr_sold_arm_proprie*exp+1[daca bagi un soldat]} si se imparte la noul numar de soldati. deci exp/soldat va scadea insa creste puterea de atac si def. Wink
PS : aici ar putea exista 2 cazuri atunci cand eroul nu e in quest
1. soldatii din armata proprie sa lupta ca orice soldat din grupa sa;
2. Sa se faca un calcul separat pt ei si sa ai un mic bonus.

Interesante idei, dar totusi cum zicea si bashar, e un joc web-based. Deci e cam mult ce vrei tu, insa cred ca o parte din ele ar putea fi implementate.

Mi-a placut ideea cu plecatu din regat, adica sa nu mai poti ataca cateva ture altceva dupa ce ai atacat un monstru si daca esti omorat cumva de monstru sa trebuiasca sa resurectezi eroul. Si suma sa creasca tot mai mult la fiecare resurectare(ASTA CHIAR AR FI MISTO Smile )
La fel cand un mostru te omoara sa-i creasca puterea(ceva de genu sa faca experienta monstrul) si banetu.

Referitor la monstrii unici, e frumoasa ideea sa-ti vezi numele acolo - "uite io l-am omorat pe ala!", dar cred ca ar fi mai practic sa fie 10-20 monstrii pe zi (pe tura era cam mult intradevar, dar depinde si de numaru de jucatori pe server) care sa fie generati automat cu level intre 1 si maxim+7 cat are un jucator la momentul respectiv si de rasa random cu bani in functie de nivel si (defense monstru)=(max defence a unui jucator de acelasi nivel) + random(0, max defence a unui jucator de acelasi nivel).
Restu e mult prea complicat ce ziceai tu, zic eu, si macar astea daca s-ar face ar fi ok.

Toti ar trebui sa poata sa joace in toate aspectele, adica cu monstrii. Daca cineva care sa zicem ca si-a facut cont acu 2 saptamani, n-o sa poata sa atace monstrii ca n-o sa fie de 'nasu lui' si poate n-o sa mai aiba chef sa joace. Deci trebuie sa existe si monstrii de level mai mic pe care sa nu-i poata ataca jucatorii de level mare (aia fug si se ascund cand vad un erou de level mult mai mare ca ei Smile) ).

totusi... e o problema ! unii joca pe offense iar altii pe defence! va fi un avantaj sa joci pe offence ca sa poti bate monstrii cat mai multi, sa-ti recrutezi mercenari ca sa nu faci bani prea multi si banii de care ai nevoie sa ii iei din atacuri!si-asa e un avantaj sa joci ofensiv!cu monstrii astia... nu stiu... trebuie facut cumva sa fie available pt toti!

Pai te duci langa monstru, il bati pe umar si te ataca el pe tine Laughing

Acu mai in gluma mai in serios sa stii ca nu-i chiar o idee rea. Sa il faci pe monstru sa te atace. Ceva de genu sa ai 2 butoane acolo. Unu de atack si unul de tease.
Ca urmare o sa fie un mesaj de genu 'the monster atacked you and you defeated him gaining experience ... and XXX amount of gold' sau asa ceva. Smile

In felul asta pot si ofenserii si defenserii sa atace monstrii, problem solved. Smile

adik sa-l ataci cu defense...hmmm...nu-i o idee rea,kiar imi place!acum am si eu o intrebare:
CE SE INTAMPLA CU MONSTRII?
no...acu pe bune o sa mai fie sau nu?si daca tot vor fi io zic sa castigi din punctele pt erou,adica dintr-alea mari..strenght,intelligence...
