Today I tried to hire some 300 spies. Unfortunately, although I HAD cash in the bank (and I selected "Use bank" too!) I get the message that I "Can't hire these soldiers!" ... |

It is "Bugs report", not "Bug's report" -> the reports do not belong to the bugs, they are about the bugs  |
